Yes just blame to that girl not to that rapist..... no matter a rape victim is a 2 years old baby girl or 85 year old lady. because in our society the necessity of honor is only for female not for male.
Just keep blaming to girls because you won't do anything to get rid of this problem because you are man too.
Listen girls, Keep this in your mind no one will going to help you when you are in trouble, When ever you go out make sure you keep a weapon with you for your safety, because you are the only who can protect yourself.
